boon eat + drink is a modern california bistro. we believe great food comes from using great ingredients which is why we source most of our products right here in sonoma county. we support local farms + businesses and use primarily organic ingredients (some from our garden at the hotel). we also use hormone-free, antibiotic-free and sustainably-raised meats as much as possible based on availability and pricing. our menu is simple and tasty. it is comprised of small plates, charcuterie, artisan cheeses, panini, salads, and seasonal main dishes. we proudly serve only russian river wines and micro brews from sonoma and mendocino county.
