there is a 2-night minimum on most weekends (except some special event weekends which may have 3-night minimums or more). rates are based on double occupancy - additional adults are $25 per person per room per night. there is a $15 per night surcharge and a $50 deep cleaning fee for dog occupants (see dog policy for details). once a reservation is made, a deposit is charged to the credit card on file for the first night's stay. we have a 2 week cancellation policy. reservations must be canceled by 3 pm Pacific Time two weeks prior to arrival date or deposit for the first night's stay will not be refunded. a $25 cancellation fee will be assessed for all cancellations made 2 weeks in advance or more. our no show policy states that should a guest fail to check in on the first night, the remaining nights of the reservation will be canceled and the deposit for the first night's stay, taken at the time of reservation, will not be refunded. check in 3 pm - check out 12 pm.
