This October, Chef Crista Luedtke welcomes Chef Karen Akunowicz to boon hotel for a dinner inspired by their recent travels through Sardinia and Sicily — brought home to Northern California.
The alfresco evening begins with a welcome aperitivo, followed by five courses from Crista and Karen, each custom paired with a Ryme wine. We’re excited to partner with our neighbor Ryme Cellars for the evening. Ryme works with amazing Italian grape varieties here in California,
making their wines a natural fit for the dinner.
Throughout the evening, the chefs will share more about their travels,
places and flavors that inspired the menu.
